| Arrive at JKA, transfer to the Nairobi Serena for an overnight. |

Day 2. |
| Breakfast at your Nairobi hotel then drive to Serena Mountain Lodge the only tree hotel on the slopes of Mount Kenya arriving in time for lunch, afternoon spent viewing wildlife at the waterhole from your veranda (balcony) as they arrive to drink, bathe, spar and forage around the water hole., overnight Serena Mountain Lodge. Day 3 |
| Breakfast, drive further north to the semi-arid area of Samburu, home to the strange lioness, Kamuniak, who kept adopting baby Oryx, game drive to the Serena Lodge, lunch, afternoon game drive, overnight Samburu Serena. BLD |

Day 4 - 5 |
| Spent exploring Samburu and Buffalo Springs Reserves, viewing wildlife – there are several northern species which can not be seen elsewhere like the Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, Oryx, Somali ostrich – overnight Samburu Serena. BLD |

Day 6 |
| Breakfast, short drive back to the cooler Mount Kenya area and Sweetwater's game sanctuary, game drive to the lodge for lunch, afternoon game drive, overnight Serena Sweetwaters Tented Camp. BLD |

Day 7 |
| Spent exploring Sweetwaters, visit the Jane Goodall chimpanzee sanctuary (the only place in Kenya to see these highly endangered animals), Morani the rhino, overnight Serena Sweetwaters Tented Camp. BLD |
| Day 8 |
|
Breakfast, game drive leaving Sweetwaters and returning to Nairobi and to the Nairobi Serena where day rooms have been reserved until 6.00 p.m., evening transfer to the airport for the flight home. |
